The blend is created from my travels in the Caribbean and the Leeward Islands. Visiting Jamaica, a waiter insisted I tried the coffee from their island. I have never tasted coffee of such quality before or since. Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is described by Wikipedia as, “one of the most expensive and sought-after coffees in the world.”
Mixed as a 50/50 blend with Costa Rican Tarrazú, Cafecito Lady coffee is one of the rarest choices of coffee on the market.

Freshly roasted coffee needs to rest for 3-4 days. This allows the beans to release carbon dioxide gas and develop their flavor profile.
